About Us
Cleancut Project is a UK based menswear brand that provides exceptional quality, ethically managed, and cleanly designed clothing. We believe that premium, simple, long-lasting and sustainable clothing should be readily available in the UK – and we’re building the go-to brand for it.
The Essentials Collection
The brand was born from a search for the perfect plain men’s tee - the kind that can be layered or worn on its own, with a choice of fabric weights and fits, and without an ugly logo on show. Finding the perfect tee with sustainable credentials was not easy, so we launched our Essentials Collection.
The essentials collection contains five tees each with distinct fits and feels to suit you, and a range of core colours. Finding the right feel of fabric was our biggest challenge in finding the perfect tee – we preferred something heavyweight, but trying to find that from high street stores, without a logo on the front, was difficult. So, we sourced and produced our own – the Noah tee - and then began the search for our lightest tee, the Robert, and everything in between. We focused on differentiating our essentials collection tees on fit and feel to help our customers find the perfect tee, and we’re proud to have achieved it.

Sustainability
Cleancut Project is a slow-fashion brand that firmly believes in sustainable fashion practices. We selectively source and select our products based on the sustainability visions and demonstratable sustainability performance of suppliers and their supply chains. All our products exclusively use 100% GOTS certified organic cotton from India, recycled polyester from China, and other sustainable materials, thanks to the tireless efforts of our suppliers. Every order is fulfilled on-demand to reduce wastage, and all our delivery packaging is plastic-free.
We only work with suppliers who demonstrate good sustainability within their own operations, and those who also track and report on the sustainability in their supply chains. Read more about the sustainability of some of our suppliers here.
