Delivery and FAQs
When and how will I recieve my order?
Since all of our products are manufactured on-demand to eliminate wastage, our items typically take 9 working days to produce and up to 3 working days to ship using Royal Mail 24 tracked service (total 12 working days). Sometimes turnaround times can be shorter than this. Orders must be signed for on delivery and you will recieve a tracking reference when your order is shipped.
Why can't I get next day delivery?
We don't hold stock to reduce wastage. We consider ourselves a slow fashion brand, which means it takes some time for us to produce each product for each customer.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world, however our free delivery over £50 only applies to orders within the UK.
How much do you charge for delivery?
For orders being shipped to a UK address, delivery is free where the basket total is £50 or more. Under that amount, delivery is £4.99. For orders shipped outside of the UK, we charge a flat fee of £19.99 on a tracked service.
How can I return all or part of my order?
We encourage all customers to measure their body and compare against the measurements and fit guidance provided with each product to reduce the need to return items. We don't want to hold unused stock, so please read this guidance first.
If you still wish to return anything, you have 30 days after recieving your item to request a return by emailing us at support@cleancutproject.com as per our refund policy. One of the team will get back to you with instructions on how to return the items to us, assuming they are in their original condition.
How can I find the correct fit?
We publish detailed measurements for each item on the product page, and provide guidance on the fit and feel on our dedicated Size and Fit page to help you find the perfect fit, and to reduce the need to return items. We encourage all customers to read the guidance on each product, especially in our boxy tees, where we recommend going a size down on your usual size if you don't want an oversized look.
